 I am writing this e-mail due to the column you wrote in The Courier Mail a few weeks ago,

 I want you to know that when I am involved in an act of Goodwill like the case in which your Surfboard was replaced, Global Surf Industries represents it’s retailers the best it can in the situation and by our Warranty conditions. The resolution to your board and it’s damage was on behalf of the Goodtime in Brisbane where you originally  purchased the 7S Surf Board.

 During the whole return process and while repairs were taken out I was in contact with Gail Austin so I was aware of the timing and incidents that took place. I replaced your Surf Board on behalf of Goodtime and Global Surf Industries and hoped you would support both companies in the future, in your column you seem to only support one party and have bad reference to the other.

 I hope in the future you and your friends support both Surf Companies.
