Convenient, easy to use totally reliable attachment system. Brass snap clip allows rapid attachment and relocation around the kayak. The shock cord body eliminates the risk of a sudden jolt unbalancing the paddler in the event of the cord becoming tangled. The end loop eliminates the need for Velcro type fastenings (that may not operate correctly if chocked with sand). In the event of an extreme roll over the shock cord will break minimizing the risk of injury if the paddler becomes tangled.
